This is a really fun game. I've played it for years. Originally buying no-ads was a one time thing, but I see now that you only get 30 days. So for that, it has lost a star in my rating. Also, the free version lowers the game's performance and you can't play to your full ability due to major lag. So it basically forces you to buy no-ads if you are trying to play the game seriously. For that, it has lost another star. Would be a five star game without these issues.

I purchased the ad free version of Ruzzle years ago. Recently, the app disappeared from my phone. I went to Play Store to download it again, but have ads now. I would like to have the ads free version back since I paid for it. Can't get an actual answer when I email the support address listed, just a referral to FAQs, which was no help. Is there any way to get help with this?

Ads after every round nearly. unless you pay MONTHLY, not once, monthly. team play chips are constantly bugged, no doubt so you have to buy more chips or watch more ads to get more. won 100 bet, 10 chips left. 291 chips, lose 100, 80 chips left. Lately also been getting the same word maps repeated, a lot. Feels like they've abandoned any kind of updates, just trying to rake in as much lazy money as they can. used to have fun but find myself annoyed. Think it's time to uninstall.
