it's ridiculous, time-consuming, and frustrating being forced to change the keyboard each time I want to use the app. There should be a white list of keyboards that are safe to use, like goboard from Google. Some phones have that one by default, and there's no issue there. So, I truly only use this app for need, and for some benefits, that will end in a couple of months, so in the end I will not need to continue the use of this app

The official process for opening a new bank account has been extremely slow. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my account to be activated. The bank repeatedly asks me to visit in person to resubmit documents, instead of collecting everything at once. This inefficient and time-consuming approach raises concerns about the quality of service I can expect in the future when maintaining the account.

I'm unable to use my card due to their ridiculously inefficient payment confirmation method. I am wasting hours chatting with an useless support that just keeps bouncing the ball between themselves. All of this just to be able to use MY OWN money! I am disgusted!
