Terrible customer service. They reply very late and are extremely unprofessional. I paid for an internet bundle, they took the money but didn’t activate it. After waiting forever, they told me to wait 24 hrs or get a refund—it's day 3 and nothing. Agent Jamil was rude, didn’t even check my issue, and blamed my provider without asking who it is. Alfa confirmed the issue is from Whish. I’ll be withdrawing my wallet balance. Never again.

Best app in Leb right now. endless services and I have used most numerous times. I have no affiliation with whish whatsoever but thought the deserve props. tech should make things easier for people and they have done the job. keep it up 👍

I am rating like this I am trying to solve an issue for about 5 days and still they reply late and I am telling that i am abroad I can't call them still the issue didn't resolve yet and the receipt didn't appear till now ......
