Since downloading the app, I've only been able to land two rides. Many times they either don't have the cars and want us to use the bus or the driver didn't come to the correct location. Three times I had waited for the driver at the correct location as indicated and the driver never showed up. They cancel the ride and send a msg that the driver waited as long as they could have waited and the ride should have been cancelled by us if we no longer needed it. I can't suggest this app to anyone

Just used it for the 1st time. Was really handy for a short trip. I'll be using this frequently. 1 issue. The pickup/dropoff is confusing. I thought it was telling me to walk to the corner. I missed my ride, and nearly the 2nd. Then, it seemed like a random dropoff spot. Not exactly what i had selected, but very close.

Terrible app and its an absolute waste of my time. I've had this app on my phone for months, and whenever I try to use it, even ensuring I'm within the time and location zone. The app will tell me there are no transportation in service and direct me to bus and walking routes. I've tried to give this app a chance, but for months if keeps canceling on me. if I could give it zero stars, I would.
