I've been using Exodus now for years and it has always had my back as far as being easy to use and quick reliable customer service whenever I do have questions or need help learning about all the features like swapping different coins. Usually all you need to do is just leave and extra $2.00 in your account, just incase there's a lot of traffic in the blockchain, you can accelerate it and pretty much all the transactions run quickly and smoothly.

REVISED: I think the problem was that I was trying to move "All;" I set the amount to a few dollars short of my holdings, and the transaction worked. A little unintuitive, but decent app. ———————————————— $1000 completely locked up. I was able to buy-in perfectly fine, but now I can't do anything. Can't swap it, can't transfer it - "Something went wrong" every single time. My money might as well be gone. Support was quick to respond, but no resolution yet.
