I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

I've been using the wallbox pulsar plus now for 2 years and it works like a charm. I selected this because of the very small form factor while being able to deliver 40A continuously. The ability to adjust the power draw is a great feature for flexibility with tons of other options built in the unit. I was surprised to get customer support immediately with an actual person to talk to.

Originally, I gave this app a 1 star review, the app didn't work correctly, the requirements needed to register, (both the app setup, and an internet registration) far exceeded what the app could actually do. But recent improvements have make the app actually useful. There is still more that can be done, but it's much better than it used to be. You can now remotely turn the box on and off, and adjust the amount of power it outputs.
