App is broken. After the update I couldn't get connected. I saw in another review to download the Metro version. That one seems to work. Don't bother calling tech support because they'll tell you to do a bunch of nonsense like restart your phone, clear your cache and uninstall and reinstall. The simple answer is, the app doesn't work. Just install the other one.

Seems to be working ok for me. What I REALLY wish it had, though, is an option to listen to a voicemail and then say "set a reminder for an hour from now to follow up on this". Because saying to myself "I should call her back after supper" has a 99% chance of being forgotten! Actually, I think all apps should have a similar option. Sort of an "undo" of removing the notification after opening it.

This app was working for several months in that I was able to see a record of who called and when -- except that in every case I had to listen to the message; each call said "Transcript not available." I finally invested the time to call customer service and troubleshoot, and voila! I got a transcript -- just one-- then back to the error message again. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's just regular voicemail that I need to listen to--the translation function just doesn't work.
