I downloaded the app once I was connected to the landlord. Opened the app on my Android phone, answered the first question and nothing happens. Could someone please check my account so I can use the app from my phone when needed. Thank you.

I downloaded the app and hit the open app. After answering the question, do you have a landlord? It doesn't do anything else. it just stays stuck on the screen.

Hi, Tesha! Thanks for your feedback! It looks like you weren’t yet connected with your landlord when you first opened the app. We've checked your account, and everything is now set up correctly. You should be able to access your lease and info as expected!

charging a fee for an ach payment is OUTRAGEOUS. Plus there is a bug to prevent me setting up autopay. I can't wait to move so I never have to use this app again.

We understand your frustration. ACH fees are set by our processor and shown at checkout and also mentioned in our Help Center to ensure transparency. We haven’t seen widespread issues with autopay, but we'd really appreciate it if you could reach out to support@tenantcloud.com with more details so we can take a closer look and assist you directly.
