Huge bug, while personalizing my gold card through the app, the chip got damaged and I lost my 71 AED plus the 30 AED inside. Called RTA, went to the ticketing office all to no availe. 100 AED literallly disappeared!! That's a huge fail in software maintainance. MAKE SURE YOU CONNECT YOUR CARD WITH YOUR ID CARD BEFORE USING THIS APP!!

Was initially happy to use the digital card with my S23 ultra. but lately it working badly, most of the time i need to restart my phone for the card to working. especially poor performance when using the readers in bus. currently the convenience is turning out to be more inconvenient

Many times the app doesn't work, so you have to pay 10 aed to exit. Most of the time the app is closed. If we talk to customer care, they always say that there is a problem with your phone, there is a problem with your phone.
