This game is a microtransaction nightmare. There are dozens of currencies, upgrade items, buff sources, etc which are all introduced in the first few hours. There are hours of dailies to complete, but no flexibility and little exploration. The map is limited. Navigation seems designed to be confusing. Chat is toxic or silent, without moderation. Most brand new servers, labeled full, have only 20-40 active people on them. Multiple settings do not actually affect change. Requires teams and guilds.

Played to level 100, which seems to be half way through the level cap. Took several hours real time, but only 5 minutes gameplay. You can tell there has been a lot of work done to make the game seem excellent. The gripe I have is that after you go on this insanely fast power trip leveling experience with free handouts around every corner, there's nothing worthwhile to do, unless you are willing to pay up with cash shop currency. Games like these are why I steer clear of most mobile games.

Coming back almost 2 years later, I'm just still not really taking to it. Worn equipment isn't shown because the game favors the whole unlocking different outfits system, which I've always loathed. I also fail to understand why you can't have landscape mode all the time. To only make it available in dungeons exclusively doesn't even make any sense. Portrait mode is just annoying as hell to navigate. The only thing it has going for it as far as I'm concerned is that now it has a furry class.
