Out of the last 5 times I've tried to use the app, I've been successful once. It closes for no reason, I can't get signed in, I'm constantly having to "clear caches" to get the most basic information on accounts, navigation does not make sense - I've actually started putting paragraphs of customer information into my contact notes on my phone just to make sure I have what I need when I need it. Maybe I should just use that as my CRM!

This app is awful. The only thing consistent about it is a consistent lack of reliability. Pages take forever to refresh, if they ever do refresh at all. The majority of the time my dashboards don't load fully, and pages I navigate to don't load or generate anything at all (whether I'm at home with wifi, or out using data). I literally can NEVER count on this app to find information or accomplish tasks. The only reliable way to access Salesforce is through the browser on my laptop, big let down.

Alright..... I've been using this app for almost a year. Why the Android version can't do all the same things as the iOS version does, I couldn't begin to understand. As many others have mentioned, this app takes up so much in the way of resources. It will consistently freeze. No... you can't send in the system log stating what is happening.... because you need to kill the program to get the phone to unfreeze. If the phone doesn't have a full set of bars, and attempt to upload a picture or file, it tells you that you don't have internet connection and then it gives you an error stating that you don't have permission and need to contact system admin. The app only functions in portrait mode. You cannot turn it to landscape. You cannot pan through charts that extend outside of the visible screen. The app needs work. Again, it should mimic the iOS version... but doesn't.
