I've had this app & printer for 2 years now. I loved it and I use it almost every day to label products I sell and client folders. unfortunately with the new Samsung update, I can no longer pair the printer and it's so frustrating. please fix the app to function and pair with the printer properly again.

New Review: So, I don't have to fight the app to connect/reconnect my device every 5 minutes anymore. (That's great, though arguably part of a bare minimum of functionality.) Now it works. Awesome. Except now it's a PAID app. Buy the printer $$, buy more label paper $$ and now I also have to pay every month for the right to even use it $$!! This is an underhanded business practice.

Can't believe they sell printer and include only system fonts, have to subscribe for some actually usable fonts. Even different printer gets different set of fonts? And how about saving templates to print to any compatible printer I like, instead of each printer gets different saved templates? The borders are horribly thick and invade all space in the label, unusable. New labels have that weird black border which cannot be deleted and gets in the way of the design.
