THIS IS AN UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW!! My previous review was from 2022. Since then, this app has improved significantly. Purchasing is easy and my favorite part is that the card info sits at the bottom of the screen so I do not have to go back and forth between screens. Only giving four stars because unlike other pay in 4 sites, they have yet have options for travel sites, cruises, and giftcards. They will be at the top once they have those options.

I am beyond frustrated with this app! I placed an order with Target that was never completed, yet the app acted like everything was fine and charged my bank account three times! I reached out to Target, and they confirmed that no order was ever actually placed. Somehow, I ended up being charged three different amounts for the same nonexistent order. It’s infuriating that there’s no one to contact about fixing this! Now, I’m stuck waiting forever for a refund. I will never use this app again!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated. FOUR took money out of my account to pay for items I selected, but when I checked back, all of the items were still sitting in my cart as if I never completed the transaction. That makes absolutely no sense — how can my money be taken, but the order not go through? What’s worse is that there is no real customer service support. There’s no one you can actually talk to for help or to get clarity. I’ve tried everything, and I’m getting nowhere.
