This product is great! Yes, it's a bit difficult to setup sometimes, but support is very helpful and quick. And you can get full functionality under the "Ad" model while you're trying to get things rolling. All in all, it's a great solution! Thank you, team ACR! And note: I've been using this product for years! First on my NOTE3 and now currently on my NOTE20. My only suggestion to ACR would be to make it easier to selectively delete recordings. Update July 2025: Still loven it!

So far it's been working splendidly specifically with the helper app. However there have been a few times where it's failed to record and I do not know if that's because the helper app stopped working for some reason or didn't reloaded when my phone restarted or if it was something on the other side that prevented it from recording. Otherwise it's been great.

BEWARE!!! After purchasing it back in 2017, it was great until I upgraded my phone 2 days ago & all of a sudden, the app didn't carry over my paid lifetime subscription from my old phone to my new phone like all my other apps have. I've lost the ability to record automatically. Tech support stated I could still record manually. However, I was able to locate my original purchase order # & forwarded it to Tech Support. The Purchase Order states their apps name. Now waiting to see what they say.

Hi, as we have explained in our email reply. You did not have paid subscribtion to ACR phone but was using a paid feature. That feature was previously free for a while as introduction.
Let us know if you find the account you have purchased ACR Phone upgrade and we would be happy to help you activate it.
