Some of the absolute worst tech support I have ever seen. Had several problems with my soundbar within the first few weeks of purchasing it and the majority of the time they hang up the call after their trouble shooting script - which just seems to be unplugging it 30 for seconds - doesn't work. I actually work in tech support so I understand both sides and there's no way around it, they suuuuuck and LG sucks for letting it happen.

What is this app??? I bought a $1,500 soundbar S95QR and was so excited to connect it to LG TV and watch a movie, instead, I spent 6 hours!!! Trying to connect the app to the soundbar through WiFi. After 3 hours and 20 attempts, it got connected. Before I could start setting up options, the bar got disconnected and I couldn't reconnect it ever again. This bar going back to BestBuy immediately! The soundbar looks and feels good, but the app is a disaster.

The app you get when your LG soundbar starts flaking out. My soundbar is around 3 years old, and the wireless subwoofer stopped working a while back and volume has been droppping randomly. This application solved none of those problems, but it connected quickly with my soundbar, and I learned a few new tricks like individual speaker volume tweaks. Nice app, bad hardware.
