This app is used for my ring. The ring's data is excellent, however the app has big issues. 1, in order to retrieve my step counts I have to open the app/close it/clear cache/force stop/reopen app and then let it sit for a few minutes. Ridiculous, but the data is good once it's returned. 2, I cannot sync with anything else. Not my Pixel watch, not Google Fit, not mySugr, not FitBit. I would love this data to be available because it is more accurate. No export option either. Fix & I'll re-review.

Adequate When It Works Basic tracking of steps , heat and blood oxygen levels. Sleep Tracking is a nice feature....when it works. Seems to be hot or miss, tracking on some nights, but not every night. Blood Oxygen level has to be manually run, and not on auto schedule like heart rate. It's a simple fitness tracker that may work for a basic user who wants general health information.

Inconsistent. The UI doesn't have a consistent graph layout for heart rate so every day you look at it, it may show on a graph of 0-100 or 30-120 or 65-110. Only way to see your heart rate day-by-day is in a week view with little functionality. Ring quits tracking for periods of time despite it being charged and in a correct position, have to sync to remind it. Automatic heart check only runs every hour despite setting it to 30 or 15 minutes.
