The airline is fabulous. I love traveling with them. Happy, helpful people, great prices, and clean, comfortable planes. The app, on the other hand, is absolutely the worst app ever in the history of apps. It hardly ever opens, when it does it doesn't remember me, doesn't have my flights, points, or preferences. Nearly anytime I want to do anything, I have to go to the website instead. Sure wish they would fix it.

I could create an account and link my trip using the confirmation code. but then when I tried to purchase wifi I was told I couldn't because they couldn't "find a matching reservation." But they were able to find it an link it to the "My Trips" part of the app. so bizarre to make people have to jump through this many hoops. you shouldn't require a confirmation number to get wi-fi and IF you are then you should make sure this system actually works.

Terrible!! Yesterday, I had to literally go to the airport and have a counter manager who was able to credit the trip; the change function on the app and online was broken. Today, it took 1/2 hr to rebook a simple one-way trip using yesterday's credit. would not accept Breeze Points on a PC. After several attempts, using the same booking method, it took the Breeze Points. Whew!!! I am on the fence with Breeze Airways, unfortunately.
