Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.

I saw a few reviews about the app before signing up that it's very slow, outdated, and always in maintenance. I tried to sign up 1st time, and I m trying for half an hour, and guess what? it's in "Maintenance". what a 1st impression. come on, guys. we are living in the Chatgpt era. Shift the gear of your IT team or hire a few more from South India.

Worst customer support team ever. In emergency customer service is best at not picking up the call or keep diverting the calls. Just now I had to wait 38mins while I was being transfered three times to credit card department and everytime rep picks up transfers to the other department. Horrible service. Please stay away from this bank! I have a fraudulent transaction on my credit card sent an email and no response from the bank. Blocked my card on the app but unable to request a replacement.
