Update 6/1/2025 and 7/2/25 app crashes, and it has been happening since April. I have to Uninstall and re-install the app to make a payment. After I pay, the app crashes again and won't stay open. I use to love being able to pay my bill in seconds and see exactly how much energy my household is using. The outtage maps were convenient. Can't use any of it now...I can't give stars for a broken app!

Making payments are super easy with this app. I dont know how people paid bills without this. I love the option to pay as much as the minimum amount or maximum. I can see what we use each month, when our usage changes and how much without guessing through paper bills. Its amazing extremely helpful and it sends reminders so you never miss a payment. All in my favorite place my phone and tablet.

I have my notifications set up to be notified when my bill is ready to view. I received a push notification that my bill was ready. However, when I log into the app to set up payment, there is no bill to view. I have tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing changes. I have been having this issue ever since PECO had their account number update. 👎☹️
