There is no option to create an account. Only a password reset option and it wants a reference number that I don't have. I am trying to create an account so that I can start taking advantage of the health plan I'm already paying for at my new job. But apparently I have to wait for Cigna to contact me first or something. IDK. This is frustrating. ## EDIT: ## So it turns out that I had to go to the Cigna website to sign up. Everything can be done from the website, which makes this app useless.

Horrible app, a total dissappointment after having had a similar plan with MSH Global. Constantly failing to load, super hard to read, overcomplicated procedures, accepts limited files for claims, trully bad. Also, need to log in again every time, no chance of biometric authentication nor to stay logged in.

Very convenient app for older devices. Works flawlessly on earlier Samsungs for example, including S7. From the S8 onwards at least until (including) the S20+, the app hangs on the attachments page when submitting a claim. No link to tech support provided in the app nor on the play store. Update 2022: Incompatibility with newer phones still not resolved. Continues to crash 100%. Rating lowered.
