Have been a Preferred member for a couple of years and due to an update in the app, my preferred status was put back to first time use and had to go through the whole process of check in at a counter during rush hour. That should never happen due to an update. The app also does not show previous reservations that I had prior. I expected better.

Best of the rental car apps!! Not perfect, but nothing really is. My only complaint is being able to resolve billing and res issues easier through the app, but in fairness some of those are complex. Just feel like many of the issues could be solved through the app instead of calling multiple numbers and talking to numerous levels of customer service. Beyond that, the app performs everything as displayed.

UPDATE: after several months, I still can't log into the app. As I rent several times a month, this is a big deal. I'm about to switch providers. Man, I wish I hadn't updated. I had to update, update AGAIN, change my password on the web, uninstall completely and reinstall just to get it to let me log in *at all.* It's unusable.
