I feel like it lacks thoughtfulness, and there's a huge missed opportunity to actually put users in control of their transactions. For example the transaction history only allows you to search using a txn id or the amount even if you find the transaction it doesn't display the number. The number is the primary way people identify contacts the txn id is more for the company to find transactions. I think this shows the thoughtfulness the app lacks

This is an excellent app, i love to it. I just don't like the fact that when my data runs out and I have no access to Wifi the app is unable to open. I would suggest that the app should be able to function as long as there is network available otherwise why should I fail to purchase data yet that it the very essence of having the app?

I had some issues so decided to give my first review. This is a great app. I like that I can now make online transactions which was a challenge for me. However... however, I don't like the fact that I can't access it without internet connection. The fact that there is an option in the app for recharging bundles etc, doesn't that mean that it has to be an offline app. Imagine my shock. It being an offline app would make more sense. And giving us a discount for using the app would be nice too😉
