Been a customer since July and buy alot (also Continued to buy during this week) I had a package arrive with 2 missing items. Package was not damaged. I reached out to customer service and they kept going in a circle. Asked me 4 times to send a copy of the invoice slip which I sent EVERY SINGLE TIME. The finally ended up saying they can't do anything because it had a "check mark". So they kept 70 dollars of mine and I didnt receive the product. Hopefully you never lose a package or items.

Not enough incentives for the little guys. Every deal they have on free shipping is if you purchase close to $200 in one day. I personally cannot afford that, however paying $7 every order is tough to (sometimes just one shirt or pants). Maybe it's just me, but I'll find somewhere that offers more incentives for those of us that purchase often, but smaller purchases!!

My experience has been absolutely awful! Do yourself a favor & don't download this app, if you do, please do not waste your time or your money on their Junk! My relationship started May/June of 2022, & it started out great. However it rapidly declined as I waited months for them to fulfill my order to realize i had multiple store credits (store credit is the only way they refund) after months to find out I was only receiving some of my order! It is an endless cycle of disappointment.
