Terrible app. Doesn't work on my Chinese (Google enabled) Honor Magic V3. Your UI and UX team failed to accommodate any screen size other than seemingly that of an iPhone. Furthermore, the service is unavailable on my device as stated above despite others on the plane working fine. You lock the majority of your content to the app rather than the inflight seat screen. Complete disgrace.

I'm using a Google Pixel 3A phone. When I select a movie, all the ads play flawlessly, but then the movie won't play, it just says try again. This is the worst possible scenario! I don't want the ads, I want the movie! I get "[DRM_FAILED_TO_PROVISION] Unable to play protected content at this time. please connect to the internet internet and try again." I am connected... I see the ads. Any chance of fixing this before we land?

Horrible. get 2 minutes of ads, perfect sound, perfect video, then get to movie and does not. Then I restart my phone, and now it says my wireless headphones are not connected. They are! Then, I go to troubleshoot and it says just allow permission. Nope! I go there, and all I can allow is Storage, not nearby access.
