It appears that your app relies on Android region settings, which I believe is a design flaw. Some users—myself included—use a different language or region setting for personal or practical reasons. Since the region setting is linked to the language, this causes issues in your app. Since April, installations made before the change can’t connect to the hub, and those made after just show 'Couldn't download the page.' Please review this design flaw.

I’m experiencing an issue with the IKEA Home Smart app. When I open the app, I receive the following message: “Sorry, that didn’t go as planned. We couldn’t download the page. Make sure your phone has an internet connection and try again.” My internet connection is working fine, but the app still doesn’t load. I’ve tried restarting the app and my phone, but the issue persists. Could you please help me resolve this?
