Other conditions may apply, such as if the business has enrolled in Dual Authorization for certain transactions. Refer to the Digital Banking Service Agreement for more information.

6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

The app constantly requires verification via SMS after a fingerprint. I solve the problem by deleting the cache in the app. It is enough for several times of entering with a fingerprint without verification with SMS. This problem only on my 2 Samsungs with Android 15, and on my old Samsung with Android 13, this problem does not exist.

The edocuments will not open after being downloaded. It says they're saved as a pdf (I have 2 pdf readers) but when clicked to view it says it can't open, that it can't find the right program to open this type of file. I have never had a problem with viewing/saving/printing my statements until this update. I've been with this bank for over 10yrs and have never been this disappointed in them before. Please fix asap!

I have had this app for SEVERAL years. Never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. Can't get into my account via the app due to a constant error message popping up. I can get in through the desktop with no problem but that does not help me with mobile check deposit. You would think the app would work since you can't go into the bank.
