I just placed my first pickup order, so we'll see how that goes. I do notice that items are harder to search for because they aren't tagged with alternative names. For example, I was looking for "toilet paper" but it only came up under "bath tissue" which is not something I normally call it. Adding in a tagging method (even if invisible to users) would be great.

I love fresh thyme and really want to use their app. But it never seems to work. When I put groceries in the cart they dissappear. Then it freezes when I try to go through pick up. It's kinda just a bad experience. I look forward to them fixing it though because I'm going to use it all the time. Just waiting to be able to order groceries from it one day...

App seems to open without any problems. However, when I check out, many times my clipped coupons won't be applied to their items. Yes, I've entered my phone number at checkout, but some coupons are deducted and some aren't. Yes, I selected the correct items matching the coupons. When I notice this (often!) a manager needs to approve the coupons that weren't deducted. This problem happens randomly and it's extremely frustrating. Customers in line behind me get made because of the delay. Awful app
