Was talked into coming back for a better rate and higher speeds. Truth is, Spectrum's been lagging and buffering quite a bit, whereas..... Frontier ran great, but almost double the price. We were told it could handle up to 200 devices. we have 3 cells, a PS5 and Spectrum. There should be no reason for all the buffering and lagging. Disappointed and debating on staying or not.

Good luck if you change your phone number and need to update it in the app. Won't work, it'll completely take any number off your file and it can't be used to sign into your account. If you want their customer service to help, good luck with that too. They're incompetent. Same goes for your email. I am unable to sign into my spectrum app on my new phone and their customer service told me my only option was to go to a physical store to get it fixed.

Overall Spectrum is a decent service. We don't experience horrible outages frequently. However, we rarely get the gig that we pay for which I would be a little more understanding if the bill didn't consistently creep up a few dollars here and there. We started out paying $75/month and now pay well over $100 with nothing new added and no notices of price increases. I need the service to work so I am stuck with it but if you have options take them.
