They have perks with some partners. The trick is the customer needs to pay with a Youtrip card. However, there is a bug that prevents me from registering the card with the partner's payment portal. I contacted Youtrip and I was given a solution. I followeed the steps but the same problem persists. I contacted Youtrip several times but I think they ghosted me. The customer service by the name of Sylvia. I think its a bot.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the top-up process in the app. After completing a top-up transfer, the app does not automatically revert back to the linked bank account navigation screen. This requires extra steps to return, which makes topping up more cumbersome and time-consuming. Improving this flow to automatically navigate back to the linked bank account screen after a transfer would greatly enhance the user experience and convenience.

I defintely used the referral link to sign up, but the reward was not credited. I contacted customer service and explained the situation twice, but their response was "unhelpful". They questioned whether I had previously downloaded the app and kept instructing me on how to qualify for the referral benefits, even though I had already completed the sign-up and received the card. I feel misled and cheated regarding the promised rewards for both the referrer and referee.
