So far so good. It seems to be a more basic and simpler version of the original game, and instead of summoning the monsters, you actually craft them, which is a nice change of pace. You can get high powered monsters easily, though most are nerfed for this game, but you can still accumulate a good team basically at the beginning. The passes seem to be a one time purchase, which is AMAZING due to the additional rewards they both give.

Puzzle and Dragon was always the best match 3 game out there. It's nice to play this one with no gacha mechanics. Game is very selfish as even on the best phone it crashes if any other app is open. Also, unlike its predecessor, if you crash or disconnect mid battle you autolose. That also means you lose out on energy. This happens at least once a day and sometimes on the max 2 daily bonus dungeons.

Just Some Hee Ho With A Mustache (Top Nep)
i'm someone who first discovered PAD when it was new about a decade ago. It was simple and fun for me. Over the years, I've tried to get back into it, but it just keeps getting more complicated, kind of like Yugioh. This game is a breath of fresh air, the team building is much easier. My favorite thing is that there isn't gacha, there are only 2 permanent $10 purchases, and I feel like you only really need the first one. Fun, strategic puzzle RPG with plenty of monsters to collect and upgrade.
