I really thought that I'd like this app. However, after I spent a bunch of time entering my chores and tasks, plus setting how often they needed to be done, the app developed a problem. It won't open. When I click on the icon, it opens up the app info page in Android settings, not the actual app. I can't get in to use it - I can only read what permissions it has, how much storage space it takes up, etc.

This app is amazing- chores are so much more manageable and this has drastically helped manage disagreements based on household tasks. One big flaw: we opted into the premium subscription to try it for a month. Now, changing to an annual subscription is ridiculously convoluted. We were advised 2 different ways and neither worked. Now, at their suggestion, my monthly is canceled and I can't opt in for annual anywhere. Still trying to figure this out without having my premium perks disappear. 🫤

Typically, after canceling your monthly subscription, you should retain premium access until the end of the current billing period, after which you can subscribe to the annual plan. Good luck getting into contact with them about your account. I opted for the monthly fee of $5 that can be cancelled at any time. After the trial date they charged me $32.65. I have no idea how long this covers, or what this fee is even for as there is no way to see your subscription information. There is a "contact us" tab but it's to give them ideas on improvement. This was a HUGE mistake and it appears I have some hoops to start jumping through to figure this out.
