I put some money in this bank. I did not receive any bank card. I cannot access my account. I call the customer service, no human interaction is available. Only IVR and chat GPT. I visit the bank branch, there is only one agent in the whole huge branch, and he is incapable of providing any help, he only refers you back to the nonfunctional app and IVR fake customer service. Very bad experience. I have no access to my money and I don't know what to do???

horrible customer service only bot you can't talk to a human to explain your issue or file a complaint I received my card and can't activate it and I tried to reset app password but OTP was never sent... UPDATE: found all OTP messages in spam section in google messages I'll use the app and update my rating later
