Both this game and its sequel are probably the best games I have ever played. The characters' dialogue is interesting/funny, and the monster fighting isn't the kind that makes you throw your phone across the room out of frustration. It was an absolutely enjoyable experience for me. Paying the game for the full version/no ads was absolutely worth it. Problems: One of the fights against the wardens was not counted, so now I can't get the wind warden? Also, upload to the cloud is not working?

This is a pretty great Pokemon clone, but it is missing some serious polish. Stat moves are basically a waste of time as they don't do enough to matter, and debuffs only make sense if applied with additional damage as they have such a short duration it makes no sense to try for them specifically. The only way to make them useful is to chain different debuffs with every attack if you can pull it off. Straight damage is otherwise the only way to go.

Seemed like it would be a fun fake Pokémon game to pass time. Didn't take long to delete. Microtransactions and predatory catching systems are immediately obvious. They give you one single "master ball" at the beginning. They then immediately force you to use it to catch a low level beginner mon that you'll never use. If you want more, you have to buy them with real money. I beat the 1st gym and threw every regular ball I had saved(19!!) at a 1hp lvl 6 mon and it broke out of every single one
