ISONAS Pure Mobile Credential

This is the most frustrating app I have ever encountered... My workplace uses Isonas for granting entry, and the app lets me in the building without issue maybe 20% of the time. The other times, it encounters an error, won't connect, or requires my Android phone to be literally right up against the receiver despite "long distance" Bluetooth being turned on (meanwhile my iPhone coworkers don't have to be close at all). I wish there was support for or continual improvement of this application.

Occasionally this app fails to connect properly to the target device on a stock Pixel 6 with the latest version of android. The only fix is to stop and start bluetooth on the device. Other than that it's handy but it would be even handier with watch support so I didn't have to haul out my phone every time. It is not compatible with my ticwatch.

Seems that literally everyone has the same issues, and I've been using this app for over a year with no change. About 1/3 of the time, the app does not work and Bluetooth is automatically disconnected. This app is used for my work building, so having. To reset Bluetooth to on and try again is annoying, frustrating, and embarrassing. Please fix the app to increase the effectiveness
