As someone who works with both UberEATS and this app, Doordash can be better. Firstly, I wish there were a way to notify a customer if there's been an issue with making their order (out of stock menu item, delayed) instead of replacing it as the only options with something else they didn't even order and/or costs more. Secondly, when a menu item is marked as unavailable it takes a LONG time to go into affect and customers can still order said unavailable item. It's annoying, do better 👎

I work in a restaurant and we all hate this app! At first it worked fine. Since it quietly updated weeks ago, it changed. Before it rings once when an order comes, the ringtone was annoying like all other food delivery companies, understandable. But after, whenever something happens, it rings! Driver accepted an order, it rings; driver arrives, it rings. For one single order, it rings 4 times! Sure it does have the option to turn it off, but it quietly turns it back ON! Please fix it!

This device is stupid. Can not change open hours and when trying to contact through support chat if you do not reply within 30 seconds they close the chat. The phones aren't working so have left me no other option then to try through chat support 6 times. They have slightly fixed the issue if it does not work i will be going further. For an app that is meant to be like ubereats they could have made it easier to use.
