If there was a way to leave a rating of less than 1 star, I would. Fingerhut is OK, but the app sucks. It worked alright until the last update, then when you try to log in, it sends you a code, then when you enter it, it sends you back to the login page again in an endless loop. It seems that by the other comments that others can eventually get logged in, I haven't gotten that lucky. I have uninstalled, cleaned the leftovers, rebooted, waited for a while, then reinstalled the app with the same.

Update 2: To Fingerhut, the latest version of the app is already installed before the review was left. Update: the app doesn't even work any more. When you login, it just takes you back to the login screen. I can't access my account at all through this app. My mobile browsers work just fine. This app just opens up a browser to their website. Really useless. On top of that, you have to login every single time you open the app, even if you just logged in. Hopefully they make an actual app one day.

TRUST ME YOU DONT WANT THIS APP. NOT ONLY WILL THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT RANDOMLY if you aren't buying often, they will repeatedly email you letting you know what your credit limit is. I bought some things from their overpriced store, paid everything off on time, and didnt use the card for about 3 months. later I see the closed account on my credit karma. if I am up to date, paid everything on time, there's NO REASON to close my account, give a fuh bout what's in the terms and conditions
