X1 closed my account since I didn't carry a balance with them and hadn't recently used my account. There was no warning or recommendations to use card to keep service going. This is also one of my lowest credit limit cards and interest rate is too high. I also tried to reach out to customer service to keep account open and they refused. Do not use X1, there are many other better credit card companies available with no interest periods, higher credit limits, and better cash back programs.

I'm still getting used to the app (it's dif), but cautiously optimistic. I read somewhere that carrying a balance on this card is worse than other cards (interest applied to new and existing balance, instead of just existing), so I have it set to pay off weekly. The points seem more user friendly than some other cards, but I haven't redeemed any yet. I like the features to administer dependent accounts while building subordinate user credit. the physical card is heavy in a good way, and sleek.

WARNING: In some cases they ARE doing a "Hard Pull" on your credit ... They did on mine (only Experian so far), but they aren't completely "Soft Pull" as they claim ... Another note: So far, in setting up autopay, I've only seen the option to "pay full balance every month", not a minimum due, however, that might be one of the "extra perks" that appear over time, so be advised! That being said, the app is nice, the features are nice, and the card itself is beautiful ... Super quick shipping!
