I was excited to try this for the first time. But found that the app is not user friendly, it was very confusing. I purchased a group ride for 2 people,($19) but upon trying to connect our birds, it started a new charge, which ended up being an additional $48. And we paused and had issues resuming and upon scanning to get the bird started again there was an additional $16 charge 😏. Since this is used recreationaly I think the app needs to be simplified for users. I am currently disputing charge

so I've had some issues learning that there's a difference between the rental scooter apps. today was the day that made me finally decide to write a Google review when I reported that a ride was really bad and had a vehicle issue. and the AI was unhelpful. then I tried to get a ride home from what I was doing and the app would not let me scan in and I couldn't get any help from anyone. I only wish lime was available where I live because I believe it's a far superior app and product.

Becareful when you purchase the ride pass. Apparently, you need to have funds in your account BEFORE you select it. Unfortunately, I haven't riden a Bird scooter in years, and the process and options it gave me was not in that order. It had me select the ridepass, THEN asked me if I wanted to add funds or pay after. When I called customer service, they said they couldn't do anything about it, and I told them they needed to update their app. The scooters also kept pausing and locking. ZERO 🌟
