The desktop app has limited features (no search function, no text format) and I often experience difficulties logging in on the desktop app. Several people I know lost access to their account, loosing access to their messages. So far didn't find a practical way of bulk saving contacts. For me it has impacted negatively the communication in the company.

Trying to register, my money was taken and the response I got is that my card is eligible and it could be due low cash, yet you have taken my money, what do you mean by low cash on my card? Can you kindly activate my account or pay back my money.

Failing to update on all my devices. Reinstalled on one device but there is no chance to reset password since I don't remember it anymore. I know, contact your company, except I was the one who ordered this in the firstplace and can't find emails for that. It was just for testing. I guess test is over for good. Not suitable for work with these issues.
