Love the images and graphics! Pretty good except for the following pain points: bank transfer option isn't possible, pass code never arrives when you're abroad (even with resend option), can't add the onesmart card to your Google Wallet. Beware of the exorbitant currency conversion rate so best to load the currency you need rather than using NZD when you're out of NZ. I do like that you can transfer between currencies. Never remembers your password but could be a security measure.

Can't take screenshots. The only way to contact their office when overseas is by telephone. There is no 0800 number, WhatsApp or email, just an 09 number. Very expensive. It connects to a Phillipine call centre. The staff are useless. Incapable of giving a correct answer. The exchange rates are not favourable. That's how they make their money. This is not Air New Zealand. It's Mastercard in the UK.

Hi Team, i recently joined and opted for the onesmart card, but i am unable to log in via the mobile app due to the app not recognizing the email. i was simultaneously completing my account via PC but due to the format of my email, i presume the app will not recognize it as a valid email. Please help rectify this, so I can complete having my app installed and completed. Thanks,
