The first level of your security is your account data: your login and password.
The Gaijin Pass app will make it harder for any unauthorized users to get access to your personal account. With the Gaijin Pass enabled anyone using an unauthorized device will need to enter a special access code. Enter the game or login to any Gaijin websites tapping a single button in the app or use the code in the “Security” section. You can also track your login history in the app.

News

Sign up for news of the projects you are personally interested in, and receive all information about current news and updates right in the Gaijin Pass app. The app and mail notifications are available in 9 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Czech, Portuguese and Turkish.

I was really excited to play the game. But after 10 minutes of logging in 10 times, verifying my email 3 times, verifying my phone twice, getting this app then logging in and verifying my email again, getting 2 step authentication by downloading Google Authentication then verify myself, finishing up security questions, and finally fixing my password. After doing all that just to use the marketplace, I just realized I was in a loop and it still doesn't work. It still doesn't work.

2FA worked fine for me and I was not stuck in the loop other players have been through after signing in through steam. The problem that I have is that I can't access the marketplace (which is the only reason I enabled 2FA) and it instead takes me to the online store. snail pls fix (EDIT: problem resolved, still a terrible app. -1/10 don't download)

What made any self respecting company think that locking off an existing part of an existing game by saying that you now have to 2 step authenticate through this app to use it (especially a diablo style player store for which you buy all items) is beyond me but this app could deliver me a free car and it will still get 1 star from me. The arm wrenching used to force me into getting it was too much and the data collection I'm sure it does is probably very profitable. It works but is unwanted.
