It works pretty well, but one annoying thing is that, when you log in via biometric, it then asks you again if you want to log in via biometric, and if you hit "Not Now", it still completes the login, and if you hit "Use Biometric", and you scan your fingerprint, it also logs in, but nothing changes. That extra annoyance of asking you about using biometric when you already did is a pain.

The search box should expand to include words or items closely related to the searched item. It is quick to say not found unless a brand is entered or very detailed info. I read the weekly ad and use load 2 card features which are okay. 2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️App had implemented much better and more helpful features. Looked clean. Easy to use for several services. However, 7 years later, most locations are closing or have already. closed. Will miss this long time pharmacy. Sad to see it go.

First, let me start by saying I like Rite Aid. I would give 4 stars; however, when it comes to the pharmacy part of the app, there have been a lot of issues for me since the previous update some months ago. I have several prescriptions missing on the app, and some of their last refills are missing as well. It shows my doctor that one of my prescriptions has not been refilled since last year when I just got it refilled last week. I'm not sure what else to do. Please fix. Thank you!
