I don't understand how a company this big has such a bad app. I do like the security with two point verification. But the pages won't load and it acts like it is on a dial up modem even though I have the fastest Fios connection available. Makes it a burden to almost impossible to go on the app to pay the bill. Please improve your app!!

This app is ok it could be better, much better, it's slow as hell booting up and loading up from page to page. Also I wish it had the same functionalities as the thermostat. Example if the thermostat has any hold on it as in temporary hold or permanent hold you can't adjust the temperature from within the app, you have to go back to the thermostat press run to unlock the hold. Which means if you leave from home and you forget to do that then you just have to come home to a hot or cold house.

The app looks good, and the UI and navigation are make sense. But the one thing I really want is to see usage data, and it never loads. The website has the same problem. Thank goodness for the weekly report I get via email! It just gives me a random snapshot (kwh/day, or dollars per day, or my usage pattern for a particular day...) but that's better than nothing.
