The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

There used to be a next bill predictor but it disappeared out of the blue! They refuse to tell me Why? Also, The budget billing is very confusing. I was $32 in areas and to make up for it I had to pay $560 over the next two billing cycles to make up for it. The HELP desk, customer service was very, very unuseful!

Keep having to log back in, had multiple problems logging in, and now I can not log in at all which is annoying because delmarva's customer support line is a mess so an app that WORKED would be an amazing tool to have to take care of issues. You can't sign in on a computer without enabling Javascript which is a HUGE security hole and probably the easiest program to hack. Absolutely pathetic.
