I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

Prices listed on the app do not match shelf prices in the store. Everything is cheapest on the app, but In-Store pickup is NEVER available. They just want to charge you more for shipping. They refuse to price match their own app in-store. Prices in-store vary on location.... poor business practice. Truly disgusting. Their rX accounts on the app only work 5% of the time too.

Since the app updated, I can't always find my extra care card to scan to make a purchase or pick up medication. Even the employees haven't been able to find it when asked for help. The button isn't always there. Thankfully,I still have the keychain fob! Scrolling down through savings and then scrolling back up, the top part that shows your rewards expands and covers half the screen. Using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, so not a small screen. Not very friendly experience. Frustrating at best now.
