Loved it when I got it years ago, even though there was a huge discrepancy in the app vs browser interface when it came to devices and names. The app has gotten so much worse. Every time I log in, there is an error that keeps popping up every few seconds. Reboot of the system only sometimes resolves it, and only temporarily. Devices never load. UI is very unresponsive. Simply unusable now. Time to give up on Linksys. Too much hassle.

This app is a joke. Tried using it to finish setting up my mesh. When first trying to sign in via the router it kept saying it couldn't find it. Then I created an account and when I try to add an existing mesh, it doesn't even search for one. When I click the button, it pops up instantly saying something went wrong and to call them.

some recent update seems to have broken the app. Now when you open the app, it tells you that the router has no Internet connection. But if you troubleshoot without doing anything, it shows the connection is fine and running properly but only if you are connectted to the home network. It prevents the ability to connect the router remotely. Linksys can you fix this?
