Busch Gardens is an awesome place, but the app is terrible. I feel like they could afford to make a good app for the park. It doesn't list open and close times for many of the restaurants. A couple of rides were closed, and it did not list them as closed so that we could avoid those rides saving time. The menus to the restaurants were not kept up to date. The wait times on the rides are listed, but incorrect. The only thing done correctly is navigate to selected areas.

I haven't downloaded this app in at least six years and it's amazing that its still this bad. Other parks have figured out how to update wait times. Nothing in Williamsburg is accurate. Currently in line for Invadr. App says 5 minutes and its now been 25 and we have at least 5 more minutes to go. Thats ridiculous and useless. Doesnt list if a ride is closed? Also says its your ticket but I don't see any way to load the tickets I bought into it. A waste of time and space...still.

I bought tickets a little short of a week ago. You're told to download the app because it's your ticket. several times I've downloaded the app, attempted to create an account but keep getting the same error message saying you can't create an account at this time. one star rating is a little more than it deserves seeing if you spend several hundred dollars on tickets and meal plans but a basic app is unusable.
