when it works, it works, but when it doesn't work, it really doesn't work. if you ever need support for anything, trying to contact their support, which has to be done through this app, either doesn't work at all, or you have to wait multiple hours for them to just respond with "I dunno" and close the chat. why not just offer email support at that point.

PostNord advertises that you can chat with customer service through the app with the chat function - in reality, if you ever want to anything other than an AI with a few premade answers, it will refuse to connect you with a human, stating that "they are extremely busy". This is a blatant lie, as customer service cannot be "extremely busy" for an entire day. They lost a package of mine and promised to get back within 3 business days. Just like the package, this hasn't arrived. 0/10.

some times it work perfectly and other times it is totally unreliable, recently tracking information is not updated most of the times,for example it keeps saying waiting sender and the sender dropped the package days ago! and the customer service team on phone takes ages to reply ...it is a long wait!
