This is the most ridiculous app I have ever used. It's unorganized, it's not straightforward. You have to book seats for 95% of trains which cost extra. If you have a problem, you have to email customer service so good luck catching your train or getting a response in time. When booking a seat, the app redirects you to another website and will tell you that train does not exist even though it is clearly on the app. This will turn your relaxing vacation into an anxiety filled $#!% show. 0 Stars

It's more a 3.5. Great for planning a trip but can't use to purchase tickets or seats. You have to do that through the online site. If app would sync up with online app that would be extremely helpful and less confusing since you have to repeat the entire trip over again. App states you will be directed to online site but for all my trips so far it didn't and had to go to the train station. Added 1st class to pass but still had to buy seats with no costs break. Not sure what benefit it was.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad the app was helpful for planning, but we understand the frustration with syncing and reservations. We're continuously working to improve the experience, including making seat bookings smoother and better integrated. Your input is valuable and will be shared with the right teams.

it's a great tool for planning your trip. there can be some confusion sometimes when the destination station is presented in a different language (I was in the Netherlands and some of the station names presented in French). It would be great if they could keep the navbar present at the bottom of the screen all the time.

Dear Jim, Thanks for the feedback! Station names follow local formats, but we understand how that can be confusing. Great tip on the navigation bar, we’ll pass it to the team.
