what happened to the Reference field in each completed Transaction???? I can't see any details anymore of a Transfer in the mobile app. Also the "Transfer again" feature?? that was honestly my most used feature (button). it let's me super quickly make the same/similar transfer without having to fill in all those annoying fields by starting from scratch. Team, please get it back. it distributed my entire paying-bills-process! otherwise, I love the app, it's super user friendly.

The app is good, and the account opening is very fast. There is also an easy integration with Dougs for the accounting. I was a bit disappointed with the first line of support, which is a bot that doesn't give much more answers than what you could find on your own on the support page. However, it eventually offers to be contacted by a live support agent. I recommend Qonto.

Initial experience with customer support is non-existent. I registered my business and need to purchase new equipment but they still haven't verified my account (after saying it takes 24h). Been on an open chat to customer service for 1h30m with 0 help, just me talking to myself. Otherwise, the interface is great and setting up is a nice process. I'll change my review if the situation changes.
